Introduction
Eyecon2 in time particle analyzer, for the analysis and profiling of powders and bulk solids, is a new generation direct imaging system that generates real-time on screen images, particle size and shape information for batch and continuous processes. Professional analysis software can calculate the particle size one by one, and finally calculate the overall particle size distribution(PSD).
In-Line real time particle analyzer monitors the granulate growth, counts, analyzes and records the data at each monitoring time point, and forms a final report.
By using in-Line real time particle analyzer to monitor the particle size distribution of different batches, we can grasp the changing process of particle size and provide accurate data support for the judgment of process end point.
